This photo gallery contains pictures of a commercial Radon in Concrete Entire Building Remediation Project for a 5 Story 100 unit condominium building near dowtown Charlotte, NC that we did in 2009. The concrete was X-rayed and the film was developed onsite to avoid cutting the post tension cables in the concrete. Two fresh air ventilation systems were installed on the roof and ductwork was run throughout the entire building to ventilate the common areas as well as each individual condo unit. This project was a great success and the radon level in ALL common areas and condo units was remediated to well below the USEPA action level of 4.0 pCi/L
